Family Service Association of Dayton, Ohio, does not share information gathered from visitors to our website with other organizations or sell its visitor list to anyone without express written permission.  All information gathered is used for improving the function of our web presence, to provide you with the information you need.

It is the policy of Family Service Association that the use of photographs and videotapes of persons served, including on the Internet, with or without his/her name attached requires informed voluntary written consent.

Written consent is the completed form “Permission to use Photograph or Videotape for Public Relations or Fundraising.” 

Due to the nature of client confidentiality no past or current client will be required or coerced to provide public statements of gratitude to Family Service Association.  All public statements are strictly voluntary. 

In all cases, client confidentially supersedes any pubic relations or fundraising benefits
